The products and livestock we sell or otherwise distribute shall only ever be used for their sole intent. As a customer, you agree to give the utmost care and attention to livestock especially. Additionally, you hereby agree to never use any of our advice, statements, products, or anything else provided by us in a malicious and evil manner. We claim no responsibility for misuse of products, or failure to take proper precautions. To ensure the maximum level of success, we heavily encourage the learning and practice of evidence and anecdotal based knowledge. Please never buy our products if you have no real world use for them. Once an entity leaves our possession, it is no longer our responsibility in any way. 

When an order is placed from your account, or more specifically, in your identity, it's assumed that you willingly, and knowingly placed said order. If you find that an order has been placed without your authorization, contact us immediately, and we'll cancel it if possible. In the unlikely event that the order cannot be cancelled, we will reach a fair agreement, and compensate where needed. If your account is compromised, contact us, and we will delete or further secure the account, whichever is deemed necessary or preferred.

If an order is placed, and you find that the information provided is incorrect, contact us to resolve it. If you fail to address this error in time, it may result in a non-refundable charge and unnecessary death, or extreme injury, of an innocent specimen. Current Tides Aquariums is officially recognized as a sole proprietorship to Hunter Gilbert. As the sole founder, owner, manager, and job titles, I have made myself responsible for but one thing. My only focus is to help the world, in any way I can. I founded this company with the intent to educate, and inform others of the importance of our oceans, and why we need to preserve them. As we progress as a company, and I grow as an individual, we'll never stop to uphold this. No matter what.
