Refund Policy
Refunds for dry stock and livestock are accepted by differing standards. If the item sold was in perfect condition, the sale is final, no matter your personal experience. Refer to the information below to learn more.
For dry stock, requests must be made within 5 calendar days. The item being returned must be proven to have been sold in subpar condition. If this can be undoubtedly shown true, a full and proper refund will issued back to the original payment method, in the form of store credit, or an equal exchange, whichever is preferred.
Livestock returns will almost never be accepted, as we currently have limited ways to quarantine. If a plant or animal is sold to a buyer, it's understood by all persons involved that the purchasing party is aware of the risks involved, and takes full responsibility for any circumstances that may arise as a result. Live specimens are sold in "As Is" condition, however, we will never sell anything without full transparency, and our best understanding. All guarantees personally made by us adhere to these standards, unless explicitly mentioned.
If you happen to experience the unfortunate event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), contact us immediately. Do not remove the suspected specimen from the bag, as this will void your eligibility for a refund. Upon contact, please provide a photo of the incident, and a summary of the events. Because this is such an unlikely event, that has never happened through our company, contact me, Hunter Gilbert, immediately for a resolution.
